General Info

The Deans' Roundtable began in 2012 as a way to bring together Student Life professionals from both day and boarding schools across the country to discuss a variety of “hot topics” that educators tackle on a regular basis.  Participants will share best practices with one another and expand their professional network. Dean/Assistant Dean of Students, Grade/Class Deans, Assistant Head for Student/Residential Life, Upper/Middle School Deans/Principals are some, but not all the titles of past participants.

Below are registration options for this year's Deans' Roundtable Conference. 

New Dean of Students Only  ($300)
June 20, 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

This year we will dedicate a full day to your new role as Dean of Students (New 1-3 years). Prepare for your new role with conference topics specifically tailored to the unique nature of your all-encompassing job. There will be plenty of time for Q & A with experienced deans (and be ready for some fun role play!)

Deans' Roundtable Conference ($800)
June 21-23, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Expand your professional network, share best practices, and collaborate with colleagues.  The main conference includes presentations from experts, small group sessions, individual reflection time, and action planning. 

New Dean of Students + Deans' Roundtable Conference ($1,050)
June 20, 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM + June 21-23, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Enjoy the full week including a day dedicated to new Dean of Students as well as the main conference.
