The Deans' Roundtable began in 2012 as a way to bring together Deans from both day and boarding schools across the country to discuss a variety of “hot topics” that deans tackle on a regular basis.  Participants will share best practices with one another and expand their professional network. 


Dean/Assistant Dean of Students, Grade/Class Deans, Assistant Head for Student/Residential Life, Upper/Middle School Deans/Principals are some, but not all the titles of past participants. To get a better sense of where our participants work, below is a representative list of some of these schools.
