Since 2012, the Deans' Roundtable Concerence has been a resoucre for _____________________. As deans our jobs are all-encompassing; requiring us to oversee the day-to-day running of faculty, student, and school life, while also building a cohesive learning environment that is both challenging and fun. This conference will create a forum in the summer where deans can get together to reflect, share stories, collaborate, discuss, and laugh. Participants will leave with an expanded professional network, many new ideas, and a greater understanding about how other schools operate.
